Help for Cleer, Storage Cleaner
Why does Cleer need photo access?
To scan the library for duplicates, blurry photos, screenshots and large videos. You can revoke access at any time in system Settings.
Is anything uploaded?
No. Photos and contacts are analyzed on your phone. See the privacy policy.
How do I delete photos?
Open a category, select items and confirm. Deleted items go to Recently Deleted (iOS) or the equivalent on Android first.
I gave Limited Access
Cleer then sees only the photos you picked. Tap Manage Access in the app to add more.
What does Clear Scan Data do?
Settings › Clear Scan Data removes saved scan results from Cleer. Your photos and videos stay untouched.
Restore a purchase or cancel
Use Restore on the paywall or in Settings. To cancel, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Cleer.
